TekLink worked with an American multinational food manufacturing company, one of the largest in the U.S., as it changed its organizational structure to support a new operating model and future profitable growth. The business consolidation required updates across several systems and applications, including Anaplan, SAP BPC, SAP BW, and SQL-based environments, to keep reporting and planning aligned with the new structure.
