TekLink worked with a leading global provider of innovative packaging materials and packaging systems, a manufacturing and logistics company that needed to replace a Cognos-based operational reporting setup for SAP ECC. The existing reporting environment relied on multiple staging, transformation, and reporting components, was difficult to maintain, and the customer wanted to move to S/4HANA while improving real-time visibility, accuracy, and performance.

TekLink implemented an S/4HANA-based operational reporting solution using CDS, OData services, and Fiori, with custom CDS views, Fiori tiles, virtual data models, and security setup on S/4HANA 1909. TekLink also supported CDS and Fiori application maintenance, future enhancements, performance tuning, and user training. The result was a unified UI for transactions and reporting, more than 30% faster reporting, improved accuracy through a single real-time source of information, and a 20% reduction in total cost of ownership.
