TekLink worked with Kellogg’s, the American multinational food manufacturer, to replace disconnected spreadsheets with a single integrated planning environment. The goal was to improve long-range project forecasting, short-range resource planning, ingredient formulation review, inventory planning, warehouse tracking, and day-to-day operations across planning, materials, purchasing, and warehouse teams using Anaplan Connected Planning.

TekLink implemented an Anaplan-based solution that linked long-term forecasting to short-term planning, automated formulation inputs, enabled integrated label printing, streamlined IOS creation and review, created a live connection to forecasted inventory, and automated requisition creation. The result was a one-stop platform that eliminated data re-entry, reduced manual intervention by 85%, improved metrics consolidation and reporting by 85%, and gave Kellogg’s more than $1 million in potential savings while supporting over 150 users.
