TekLink worked with a leading electronic design automation company in the manufacturing sector that needed to replace its Excel-based allocation process. The customer wanted a solution integrated with its Finance Model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support P&L reporting, use existing product-level headcount data to allocate all expenses including overhead, report at the Product, BU, and Account levels, and allow both flat-file loads and manual user input.
TekLink implemented a rate-based allocation model in SAP Analytics Cloud and integrated it into the existing Finance Model using Analysis for Office capabilities.
