TekLink worked with an American multinational food manufacturing company, one of the largest in the U.S., to address the lack of an integrated business planning application across different brands and channels. The company needed more accurate planning for future product demand and better sales decisions by channel and product, using technologies including Hadoop, SAP Data Services, and SQL.

TekLink built an integrated business planning application that combined and cleansed internal and external data from demand planning, sales planning, vendor consumption, actual sales, and sales forecasting, while also creating a technical data architecture. The solution improved forecast accuracy, automated and streamlined processes, reduced storage needs, and supported better supply chain and inventory management, contributing to increased revenue and stronger insight into sales trends.
