The Pharmacist Panel, a pharmacist recruitment specialist in Ireland, needed a scalable way to address a severe shortage of qualified pharmacists caused by regulatory changes, Covid-19, and travel restrictions. TEKenable helped them build a technology solution on Salesforce to support recruitment and help overseas candidates gain the accreditations needed to work in Ireland.

TEKenable implemented a Salesforce-based platform using Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including a public website and self-service portal for candidates and clients to manage vacancies and applications. The solution enabled The Pharmacist Panel to launch in a matter of months, scale recruitment and onboarding with fewer resources, and now supports more than 900 pharmacies across Ireland with registered pharmacists and locums.
