High ROAS Justifies a 3x Budget Increase After 2 Months for Baby Brand on Walmart

Walmart engaged Teikametrics to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) for a baby brand on the Walmart marketplace during April–May 2020. After Teikametrics launched campaigns for 47 items, the client hit its ROAS target in week one but COVID-related supply issues prompted Walmart to ask for reduced spend, creating a challenge to maintain profitability on a tighter budget.

Teikametrics revised the approach by narrowing campaign SKUs and concentrating bids on historically strong keywords, delivering a ROAS of more than 30 (32) even with reduced spend.
