Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, Texas’s largest self-distributing foodservice wholesaler with 12 superstores, 250 employees and $50M in revenue, built its reputation on the motto “When You Need It Now!” Rapid growth, however, outpaced an aging proprietary system and a 100% paper-based distribution center, causing frequent stock-outs and putting that competitive promise at risk.
