Av-Cables, Denmark’s leading online retailer of cables, adapters and accessories, was handling more than 25,000 SKU dispatches and facing rising e‑commerce demand that stretched its warehouse processes — long walking routes, paper pick lists and mounting logistics costs. Management wanted to increase throughput without adding headcount or expanding the physical footprint.

They implemented Tecsys’ Omni™ WMS (SaaS), integrated with their webshop and used Zebra MC3300 handhelds to enable batch picking and optimized pick routes.
