Case Study: GetLitt inspires kids to read with Techuz’s gamified digital library platform

Techuz partnered with GetLitt, a digital library and e-book reading platform for children, to create a more engaging reading experience. GetLitt’s challenge was to encourage children to read in an era of digital distraction, while also supporting separate experiences for parents and kids through distinct dashboards.

Techuz delivered UX/UI design, Axure wireframes, a gamified reading experience, and web, Android tablet, and iPad applications using Angular 4, PostgreSQL, and Node.js. The solution added points, badges, levels, quizzes, leaderboards, and playful visuals to motivate reading, and the platform went on to become one of GetLitt’s most successful startups, helping it attract significant investor funding.
