The College of Saint Rose, a private university in Albany, NY, faced recurring classroom challenges: instructors missing class due to illness or weather and difficulty scaling support for students struggling with lecture material. Faculty needed an easy, time‑efficient way to reach students outside the classroom and ensure continuity of instruction.
