Indonesia’s mobil88 takes next-generation customers on a digital journey

mobil88, a leading pre-owned car retailer in Indonesia, needed to move its buying and selling process online while preserving trust and quality assurances for buyers and sellers. Facing fragmented systems (SAP, Hybris CRM and an internal remote system), manual paperwork and slow data access, mobil88 sought a vendor to integrate its operations, engage tech‑savvy buyers and speed up sales and reconditioning workflows—working with Technosoft on a Dynamics 365–based approach.

Technosoft implemented its Yana Dealer Management System (Yana DMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrated the three core systems, and trained staff to shift from manual to digital processes. The solution enabled customer uploads, 360° car views, real-time updates and lead capture, eliminated many paper workflows, improved data visibility with dashboards, and produced measurable gains—most notably a 20% reduction in reconditioning time—helping mobil88 serve customers faster and with more accurate data.
