Groupama takes charge of its succession strategy with Technomedia

Groupama, a major French insurance group made up of 50 companies and 13 regional credit unions, needed to modernize fragmented, paper-based HR processes to better manage performance, careers and succession—starting with senior executives. Decentralized reporting and inconsistent practices made it difficult to create usable talent pools or coherent succession plans across the organization.

Groupama partnered with Technomedia to standardize and automate career and job management, introduce talent pools and succession planning, and implement annual performance assessments. The cloud-based solution has been rolled out to more than 2,500 senior executives, with plans to extend performance management to all 33,000 employees, delivering centralized data and streamlined talent processes.
