Technomedia implemented a customized, Caesars-branded Onboarding Portal integrated with its Talent Acquisition module, using pre-populated data, automated status-triggered emails with secure links, electronic signatures and all required IRS, screening and policy forms. The new system funnels thousands of candidates per month into a tracked, efficient process, eradicates redundant manual tasks, saves Caesars tens of thousands of dollars, reduces Employment Center labor and delivers a faster, more positive new-hire experience.
