Johnny Rockets streamlines 50+ corporate stores with Technology Management Concepts

Johnny Rockets, a restaurant chain, needed to replace its old accounting system and integrate financial data from over 50 corporate-owned and 100 franchised locations. Technology Management Concepts (TMC) implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP to address this challenge and streamline their back-office operations.

TMC developed several key integrations using Integration Manager to synchronize data from the restaurants' point-of-sale and back-office systems to the new corporate Dynamics GP system. This included weekly accounts receivable and inventory summaries, as well as daily purchasing invoices. The solution was easily adaptable for new stores and a new back-office system. TMC also implemented additional GP modules and customized reporting. As a result, Johnny Rockets gained efficient, centralized financial processing and reporting for all its locations.
