Aquatic AV cuts inventory by $1 million with Technology Management Concepts

Aquatic AV, a distributor of weather-resistant audio and video equipment, faced significant inventory management challenges using their previous ERP, Acumatica. Their processes for handling serialized, high-value products were slow and labor-intensive, and they lacked the ability to value inventory using FIFO or capture landed costs. They partnered with vendor Technology Management Concepts (TMC) to find a new ERP solution that would integrate with their existing NetStock demand planning platform.

Technology Management Concepts implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which seamlessly integrated with NetStock. The solution automated inventory processes, provided full visibility into global stock levels, and enabled efficient tracking of serial numbers. As a result, Aquatic AV reduced its inventory holding by over $1 million and improved its customer fill rate from 79% to 99%. The vendor TMC provided critical support throughout the implementation and ongoing service.
