Lowry Computer Products, a growing supplier of barcode, RFID and data-collection solutions, needed an integrated ERP to support multi-division operations, combined centralized/divisional purchasing, kitting and light manufacturing, and full serial-number and warranty tracking. As a result, Lowry has acquired four companies, lowered inventory levels, improved order line-item fill rates, reduced finished-goods costs and customer freight charges, and enhanced warranty/service tracking while scaling distribution operations across North America.
