DCI Cheese Company Manages Rapid Business Growth with Enterprise 21 ERP

DCI Cheese Company, a leading specialty cheese importer and manufacturer, faced rapid growth after a series of acquisitions and needed an ERP that could support multiple companies, divisions and business units while providing a single, real-time data source. To address these challenges, DCI selected Technology Group International’s Enterprise 21 ERP to consolidate customers, products and vendors, standardize business processes and provide real-time inventory visibility — including support for outside warehouse transaction processing.

Technology Group International implemented Enterprise 21 across DCI’s operations, bringing nearly all divisions onto a single integrated platform, enabling full warehouse EDI and real-time inventory status. The deployment consolidated data and processes, reduced data errors, streamlined finance, purchasing and warehouse operations, and moved inventory reporting from weekly snapshots to up‑to‑date levels; DCI also reports steady profitability improvements since late 2008 tied to better information from Enterprise 21.
