Global Enterprise Manufacturer Selects Best-Fit Replacement to Aging ERP With TEC's Help

Future Pipe Industries (FPI), a global manufacturer of fiberglass pipe systems with 3,300 employees, was hindered by a 20-year-old legacy ERP system. The outdated system caused inefficiencies, a lack of visibility across 13 manufacturing sites, and a lengthy quoting process that took nearly a month, limiting the company's growth. With TEC's guidance and its TEC Advisor software evaluation platform, FPI compared solutions and selected Infor's latest cloud-based ERP. The implementation led to significant improvements, most notably reducing the time to configure client quotes from 30-35 days down to just 1-2 days. The new system provided integrated analytics, greater visibility, and a more agile operational model, with TEC also assisting in the negotiation and implementation phases to ensure a successful outcome.
