Schlumberger, a global oil and gas technology leader, needed a better way to support its rapidly growing Integrated Project Management (IPM) division and standardize project management across dozens of countries and complex projects. The result was faster issue resolution, improved process measures, and meaningful efficiency gains—such as purchase-order reconciliation dropping from days to minutes and automated reporting reducing manual effort—while also creating a flexible foundation for future growth.
