Revlon, the global cosmetics and personal care company, wanted to improve collaboration between IT developers and project managers, reduce the number of status meetings, and make project plans easier to share. Technology Associates supported the effort by helping Revlon use Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010 together with Project Server integration to bridge the gap between development and project management teams.

Technology Associates helped Revlon implement the Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010 and Project Server Integration Feature Pack, along with an upgrade to Microsoft Project Server 2010 and Project Professional 2010. The solution synchronized detailed task, status, and time-recording data between systems, cutting meeting time by up to 30 percent and increasing productivity by 2–5 percent, while also improving risk management, time tracking, and team accountability.
