To achieve an omnichannel experience and integrate customer data across channels, the bank partnered with Technisys and adopted its Cyberbank Omnichannel platform.

Technisys then customized the platform and helped Banco del Pacífico launch a 100% digital onboarding app, Onboard Bdp, enabling customers to open a savings account in about five minutes using only a mobile device.
