Foresters Financial, an international financial services provider, needed to modernize its digital infrastructure to offer personalized customer experiences. TechGuilds implemented a Coveo-powered advisor search tool, migrated email campaigns to Sitecore EXM, and built the site on a Helix architecture. The results included increased advisor lead volume, improved content team productivity, and the establishment of a personalization framework.
