Limited to Endodontics, Inc is a five-location Boston-area endodontic practice with about 14 clinicians and 50 staff that provides 24/7 services. Faced with the challenge of moving from film to digital radiography and intraoral imaging across multiple offices while ensuring fast, secure access and easy information sharing with referring dentists, the practice sought a technology partner—ultimately engaging TechCentral office automation solutions (via the Henry Schein TechCentral team) to help plan and implement its digital strategy, including DEXIS digital radiography and integration with EndoVision practice management software.
