Docubynd, a cloud-based document management system for real estate and financial services, needed to move from a single-tenant model to a multi-tenant SaaS architecture. The customer faced high costs and delays from maintaining separate instances for each client, while also needing stronger tenant-level security, licensing, metering, and configurable access controls. Techcello’s CelloSaaS framework was used to support this migration.

Techcello implemented an iterative migration approach, integrating SaaS operational components such as tenant management, licensing, security, metering, RBAC, configuration management, and tenant-specific notification services. The result was a seamless move to multi-tenancy with minimal code changes, enabling faster tenant onboarding and de-boarding, lower operational overhead, and easier application lifecycle management.
