A Tebra Case Study
NeuroHope of Indiana is a nonprofit neurological rehab clinic founded by spinal cord injury survivor Chris Leeuw. As the clinic grew, practice manager Natalie Robison found its patched-together systems—physical therapy software, QuickBooks, spreadsheets and outsourced billing—created fragmented workflows, manual entry, slow claims and poor tracking of recurring appointments and authorizations.
NeuroHope adopted Kareo (with Jopari for remittances) for integrated practice management, billing and clinical charting. The easy, affordable rollout (<1 month) replaced spreadsheets and manual RA posting, cut system costs by 91%, saved about three hours a week on remittance posting, simplified recurring scheduling and coding for diverse revenue streams, produced reports in seconds, and improved auditability and accountability while allowing unlimited non-provider users.
