MediQuick Urgent Care, founded by Dr. Theo Felts in Louisburg in 2014, offers seven-day, no-appointment immediate care to a growing community. To run efficiently and scale, the clinic needed a fast, easy-to-use EHR and billing system that would speed patient registration, streamline documentation, and ensure accurate, timely claims processing.

MediQuick adopted Kareo Billing and Kareo Clinical, which shortened check-in and charting times, supported varied clinician workflows, and integrated electronic superbills and Stripe copay processing. As a result the clinic averages about 30 days in A/R, collects 100% of copays at time of service, maintains under 2% overall denials (under 1% for electronic claims), and is positioned to expand to additional locations.
