CentralMed Urgent and Primary Care, led by Dr. Nosa Aigbe Lebarty and Dr. Jina Bae Nocera, wanted to stand out in a crowded urgent care market and improve its online reputation and patient engagement. The practice needed a stronger web presence to drive traffic, support its holistic care model, and help differentiate it from nearby competitors. Tebra was brought in to help with website and patient experience tools, including Tebra’s EHR.
Tebra refined CentralMed’s website, added online appointment booking and messaging, and connected digital intake forms to Tebra’s secure cloud-based EHR. The results were significant: roughly half of patients now book online, intake forms auto-populate into the EHR, staff save hours of work, and waiting-room time is reduced. CentralMed also gained more reviews and improved its star rating from 3.0 to 4.3, while business growth and website visibility increased.
