Aaron Morgan Medical, LLC is a home‑based healthcare practice founded in 2018 by Millicent Edgar, FNP‑DC, to bring in‑home medical services to elderly patients after Maryland removed physician supervision requirements for nurse practitioners. Edgar joined Kareo Partner Connect and partnered with a Kareo billing company that installed Kareo’s clinical and billing platform, streamlined workflows (skeleton notes, daily claim submissions, patient portal, telehealth and prescription e‑sending), and audited overlooked billables. The change delivered immediate results: revenue more than doubled, reimbursements became about ten times faster, charting and intake time dropped by roughly an hour a day (plus 30 minutes per new patient), and Edgar regained financial stability and work–life balance.
