No-Limit-Custom delivers a 500-horsepower Panamera body kit with Tebis

No-Limit-Custom, a German custom design and manufacturing company, sought to expand its product line by creating a complete carbon fiber body kit and forged wheels for a Porsche Panamera. Their challenge was to reverse engineer and design these high-quality, perfectly fitting components from physical models. They partnered with vendor Tebis, leveraging its CAD and CAM software as well as on-site consulting expertise for this complex project.

Tebis Consulting specialists used the Tebis Reverser module to generate and optimize design surfaces from digitized model data, ensuring smooth transitions and perfect-fitting joints. The Tebis CAM software was then used for NC programming. The solution resulted in seamlessly fitting parts that received full approval from the German technical inspectorate (TÜV), successfully launching No-Limit-Custom's new four-wheel product line with a uniquely modified sports car.
