How Teamworks is Helping Protect Wolves Academy Players & Ensuring Compliance

Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. partnered with Teamworks in 2022 to improve communications and operations across the club, including its academy. As safeguarding became a top priority, the club needed a better way to centralize policies, reduce reliance on multiple systems, and improve visibility into coach-athlete communications while keeping parents and players informed. Teamworks Hub was the product used to address these challenges.

With Teamworks Hub, Wolves Academy centralized safeguarding documents, schedules, consent forms, and player profiles in one place, while also making coach-player messaging visible and accountable to authorized staff. The solution improved oversight, transparency, and responsiveness around safeguarding concerns, and gave parents easier access to important information. Teamworks also helped Wolves prepare safeguarding information for third-party auditors, strengthening compliance across the academy.
