Teamwork CRM gives eSkillz sales insights without the complexity

eSkillz, a Washington‑based provider of talent development, learning management and web‑conferencing support, was struggling to manage sales with bespoke Excel spreadsheets and later a high‑maintenance, overly complex CRM. After adopting Teamwork as their work management system in 2013 and Teamwork Desk in 2016, eSkillz moved off the cumbersome CRM and chose Teamwork CRM in 2019 to simplify pipeline visibility and reduce manual software maintenance.

Teamwork implemented Teamwork CRM company‑wide (prepped in April and rolled out in May), giving eSkillz a single source of truth for client interactions, clearer pipeline visibility, and precision reporting. The change eliminated spreadsheet upkeep, reclaimed substantial staff time—“like having an additional person”—improved decision‑making and autonomy across the team, and enabled eSkillz to support growth and focus on billable work with ongoing support and feature roadmap collaboration from Teamwork.
