Ella’s Kitchen wins APM Project Management Award with the help of Teamwork Projects

Ella’s Kitchen, a UK-based maker of organic baby and toddler food, faced chaotic project delivery as it scaled: over 30 concurrent projects tracked across dozens of spreadsheets, unclear roles, missed tasks and delays. The newly formed “Smoothly” team, led by Programme Manager Ellen Jarrett, selected Teamwork and its Teamwork Projects platform to replace ad-hoc processes and bring structure to new and existing product development.

Ella’s Kitchen rolled out Teamwork Projects company-wide with tailored onboarding, workshops and customizable views, which improved ownership, collaboration and visibility. After implementation, overdue tasks dropped from 7% to 2% (July 2017–Jan 2018); internal surveys showed 85% overall satisfaction, 97% better project visibility and other gains, NPS rose from 14 to 58.33, and the company won the APM PMP of the Year award — outcomes the team attributes to Teamwork.
