E-BAS Accounts Maximizes Teamwork Projects For Bookkeeping Clients

e-BAS Accounts is a small bookkeeping agency (headquartered in Torquay, Victoria) managing 30+ clients with one employee and a handful of contractors. Facing the risk that tasks and client information would be lost as they grew, they needed a unified, transparent system for scheduling and communication. To solve this, they adopted Teamwork’s project management product, Teamwork Projects.

Using Teamwork Projects, owner Louise McLoughlin set each client up as a Project with task lists, recurring (“repeat”) tasks and individual client portals where clients upload files and message staff. Teamwork centralized all client data, automated recurring work so nothing is forgotten, and enabled e-BAS Accounts to manage 30+ clients with a very small team—giving Louise back control of her workload and effectively acting as an extra staff member.
