The Colorado Rockies, a Major League Baseball team based in Denver, Colorado, needed a flexible retail solution for their ballpark and surrounding stores. Working with Teamwork Commerce, they set out to support omnichannel fan experiences, cashless payments at Coors Field, and a mobile point of sale setup that could scale quickly for high-attendance games and busy retail periods.

Teamwork Commerce implemented native iOS point of sale apps on iPads, along with integrations like Givex and Teamwork’s Dashboard app, giving the Rockies live sales visibility and the ability to turn cash into gift cards and support their season ticket loyalty program. The result was greater operational agility, including the ability to expand from 12 to 25 point of sales in the main store on short notice, while also enabling returns across stadium and Denver-area locations and helping staff spot issues and trends in real time.
