Fast Retailing’s brands Princesse Tam Tam and Comptoir des Cotonniers needed to modernize store operations across more than 220 locations in France and several other European countries, while improving service, inventory control, and omnichannel readiness. They worked with Teamwork Commerce and its Version 6 POS to replace older tills with a more unified, mobile in-store platform.

Teamwork Commerce implemented a single store mobile application covering POS, stock counts, transfers, receiving, and adjustments, with localization support for European fiscal and language requirements. The rollout also added RFID-enabled checkout and faster daily stock counts, helping store associates create receipts more quickly, improve inventory accuracy, and deliver a more frictionless customer experience.
