Why Ru Pinkerton returned to TeamUp

X-Fit Scotland, owned by Ru Pinkerton, needed better communication features and more flexible integrations from its gym management software. After trying other systems that were either too limited or too expensive, the business found TeamUp to be a better fit, especially once TeamUp added the functionality it needed.

TeamUp implemented the switch back with free CSV import, direct debit setup, and Zapier integration, making onboarding quick and easy. As a result, X-Fit Scotland cut late payments from about 10–15% to 2–3%, saved a couple of thousand pounds a year, reduced admin from a full day to about an hour a week, and grew membership from 60–70 to 120.
