Idiomas Flow is an English language academy in Alicante, Spain, founded by Patrick Hegarty to teach conversational English to adults and professionals. The school originally ran fixed twice‑weekly classes but faced demand for greater scheduling flexibility and the operational challenge of managing levels and bookings as it grew.

Patrick implemented Teamup to offer a flexible "bono" membership (four hours/week) and allow students to self‑book classes across basic, intermediate and advanced groups. Setup was simple, support responsive, and booking and client tracking became much more efficient — since going live student numbers have risen by 200% to about 110, with smoother administration and higher customer convenience.
