Case Study: Spacetime Monotasking launches membership-based, bookable monotasking work sprints with TeamUp

A TeamUp Case Study

Preview of the Spacetime Monotasking Case Study

How monotasking and a collaborative online workspace became a successful new business

Spacetime Monotasking, founded by Anna Pugh, provides phoneless, focused work sprints for creatives and entrepreneurs who struggle to concentrate—especially those managing ADHD or remote work distractions. The idea grew from Anna’s own need for reliable, interruption-free work time and a viral TikTok that quickly validated the demand and brought early Patreon subscribers.

Anna launched a membership-based class model using TeamUp’s booking software to offer bookable one- and two-hour “monotasking” sprints, with recurring schedules, advance booking and Zoom rooms that enable body-doubling and community accountability. The approach scaled quickly—bringing global members, improving clients’ focus and relationship to work, and setting the business up to add more times and facilitators as it grows.
