Silo AI, the largest private AI lab in the Nordics, wanted a better way to support peer-to-peer feedback across its self-directed teams. With no direct managers and growing demand for more regular feedback, the company evaluated a new pulse and feedback tool and chose Teamspective to help employees give and ask for feedback, alongside Slack-integrated pulse surveys.

Teamspective implemented feedback in three layers: individual feedback, organization-wide pulse questionnaires, and customer project feedback. Silo AI said the product was lightweight, easy to use, and supported by excellent service, while the company quickly expanded it across the organization. The collaboration with Teamspective led to rapid product development and helped employees give professional-level feedback independently, effectively, and respectfully.
