Mehiläinen, a large private healthcare company in Finland, was looking for a structured way to measure team wellbeing at scale as its digital services team grew rapidly during 2020. The company also wanted to improve personal feedback and make it easier for managers to understand how people were doing, especially in a remote-working environment, and chose Teamspective’s engagement and pulse survey platform to help address both needs.

With Teamspective, Mehiläinen implemented pulse surveys to keep wellbeing topics visible in team discussions and began building a stronger feedback culture through praise and redirection features. The company says the system runs almost automatically with little to no admin work, managers now review the results independently, and teams have become more proactive in discussing workload, stress, and goals so they can make changes before problems escalate.
