Crasman, a Finnish digital commerce and IT services company with more than 100 employees, was in the middle of organizational change and needed better visibility into how people actually collaborated across teams. To improve internal communication and make better use of its talent pool, it turned to Teamspective and its Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) solution.

Teamspective ran the analysis in about three weeks using a short Slack-based survey and clickable reports for leadership. The insights revealed siloed groups, potential bottlenecks, and under-recognized employees, leading Crasman to adjust roles, clarify workflows, delegate more effectively, and strengthen cross-team collaboration; the company also plans a follow-up network analysis in six months to measure the impact of these changes.
