A Teamspective Case Study
Crasman, a Finnish digital commerce and IT services company, needed to speed up decision-making and improve client results as it grew to nearly 100 employees. Its competence-based structure was no longer working as well at scale, so it turned to Teamspective and its Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to understand how collaboration really worked and to guide a successful reorganization.
Teamspective helped Crasman run an initial ONA to validate the new structure and a follow-up analysis eight months later to measure the impact. The results showed that multidisciplinary business units were working well, decision-making was distributed more evenly, new leadership roles had reduced the burden on the CEO and management team, and competence-group connections still supported professional development. Crasman planned to continue using Teamspective’s network analysis to keep improving its ways of working.
