To modernize expense management during a NetSuite ERP transition, Copper turned to Teampay for automated spend controls, virtual cards, and integrations with NetSuite and Slack.
Teampay implemented automated approval workflows, uniquely assigned virtual cards, and seamless NetSuite syncing (plus Slack-based requests), giving Copper end-to-end visibility and simpler reconciliations. As a result, Copper cut month‑end close from about 14 days to 3–4 days, eliminated unnecessary physical card expenses, and prevented $13K in out‑of‑policy spend in 2022—helping the finance team stay agile and strategic.
