A Teamgage Case Study
Zoos South Australia, a not-for-profit conservation charity, needed a way to keep employee feedback aligned with changing organizational priorities while making it easy for staff in different roles to participate on a schedule that suited their work. They used Teamgage and its pulse survey platform to capture regular feedback across areas such as Passion, Innovation, Engagement, Effectiveness, and Respect.
Teamgage adapted the survey questions and submission cadence over time so Zoos South Australia could align feedback with current priorities, with some teams submitting fortnightly and others monthly. The approach helped surface anonymous feedback that triggered a risk assessment to improve safety, encouraged teams to take ownership of operational improvements, and kept priorities visible for faster action and continuous improvement.
