Teamgage implemented a monthly team snapshot process where every employee responded to six key questions, with results shared in team meetings and reviewed weekly by senior leaders. This helped teams identify what was working and where action was needed, encouraged open discussion about performance, and enabled early action on issues, while broader feedback was escalated for organisation-wide review to support business initiatives and improve staff engagement and performance.
