Global Construction and Engineering Company, a global construction and engineering business with several offices in Australia, wanted a better way to create a culture of two-way feedback and continuous improvement across the organisation. The company used Teamgage to help senior leaders understand how employees were feeling, and to align feedback with strategic priorities such as leadership, safety, and processes and systems.
Teamgage was implemented as a quarterly employee feedback tool, with 13 survey questions tied to the client’s annual priorities and results presented regularly to senior leadership. As a result, leaders now review feedback, build action plans, and use a facilitation guide to discuss insights with teams; the company has also used Teamgage to identify problem areas, improve culture and ways of working, and support better decision-making based on real-time workforce feedback.
