A Teamgage Case Study
Flinders University’s Information & Digital Services (IDS) group was going through organisational change, including a new operating model, updated roles, and modernised position descriptions. To keep staff engaged and understand how best to support them through the transition, the team introduced Teamgage as a way to regularly gather feedback and insights.
Using Teamgage, IDS set up teams aligned to the new structure and ran pulse surveys every six weeks across six areas: Direction, Role Clarity, Connection, Support, Informed, and Trust. The results helped leaders drive better conversations and take action, and Teamgage delivered a consistent response rate of around 70%, with about 950 responses and 520 comments collected over nine survey rounds.
