Flinders Medical Centre’s Acute Allied Health team wanted to improve employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and found their existing staff engagement tools too basic for the fast-moving environment of a major metropolitan hospital. They turned to Teamgage for a more effective staff engagement solution.
Teamgage created six bespoke questions based on earlier staff research and rolled out fortnightly check-ins to suit the pace of the hospital. The approach led to immediate workflow improvements, ideas and feedback from up to 83% of staff, improvement in 5 of the 6 question areas, and a 10% rise in Fulfilment, helping Flinders Medical Centre win the SALHN Excellence in Employee Engagement award.
