Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging rolls out Teamflect to nearly 100 employees with seamless Microsoft 365 integration

The Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA), a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals live independently, needed a solution to align its workforce with its mission and improve visibility across its operations. To meet this challenge, WRAAA implemented Teamflect’s performance management solution within Microsoft Teams.

Teamflect provided a seamless, intuitive platform that integrated directly with WRAAA’s existing Microsoft 365 environment. The solution enabled cascading goals to connect individual work to the agency's mission, transformed one-on-one meetings, and made behind-the-scenes work visible to leadership. As a result, nearly 100 employees achieved greater alignment and accountability without the need for extensive training, fundamentally changing how the organization manages performance.
